All work was completed on time, according to the agreed schedule and to the highest construction standards. The main challenge of this 6,000 m² site was the complex, articulated architecture of the building (asymmetric window arrangement, integrated underground parking and long balcony galleries facing the inner courtyard), which required exceptionally precise coordination of the various construction phases.
To ensure the exclusivity of the project, first-class ceramic facade tiles from the Japanese manufacturer NICHIHA were used for finishing the facade, delivered directly from Japan. Since the facade of the building has many different level surfaces and specific corner solutions, the assembly of the Japanese hidden fastening system (Clip Installation) required millimeter precision in alignment and frame preparation. As a result, the building received a unique, deeply textured weatherproof outer layer that ensures maximum energy efficiency. At the same time, the strengthening of the balcony structures and the integration of modern automation raised the ease of use and market value of the building to a new level.
