All work was carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule, building codes and project documentation. The main technical challenge of this object was the construction of new, modern and spacious balconies on a building where they were originally missing or had depreciated.
Our team developed and implemented a unique engineering solution: the balconies were built as a separate metal structure independent of the building, resting on its own foundation. This not only reduced the load on the existing load-bearing walls, but also made it possible to completely avoid the formation of cold bridges when insulating the facade. As a result, the apartment association got a visually modern, energy-efficient building, and the residents got new, weatherproof glazed balconies, which significantly increased the property's market value.
