This project turned out to be difficult in terms of organizing the repair work and materials. The building is located in the center of Tallinn on a busy street. The summer of 2015 was particularly hot, which made working conditions difficult. Finishing materials (natural granite rubble) are particularly sensitive to direct sunlight, so it was necessary to work late at night or early in the morning to achieve a high-quality result.
