This project was carried out in cooperation with our long-term partner Astlanda Ehitus OÜ. At the design and work planning stage, this project did not seem difficult to us, but rather typical. But even at the renovation stage, we encountered several unexpected challenges: the type and texture of the old paint was too strong to be removed with ordinary sandblasting, and our specialists had to use more complex, multi-step methods to remove the old paint from the building's facade. We also had to deal with a large-scale project involving all the company's engineers and construction workers.
However, due to the coordinated efforts of the team at various stages of the project, the project was completed on time.
